I follow Saul's board but have been on the sidelines on the SaaS stocks as they had no earnings and high PS. But having followed these for 1 year, I am thinking of taking a small position. But I saw Saul's post on April end positions and he mentioned that Zoom has a very high PS and he didn't take a position.
Almost all the Saas stocks discussed on Saul's board ( AYX, TTD, ZS, MDB, TWLO, Okta elastic) have PS above 20. So for someone like me who missed 3-4 fold increase in these stocks over the past year, is it too late?
I have read various articles about their TAM but with high PS, if they don't deliver revenue growth higher than 50%, won't the demand for these stocks disappear? so someone who bought them early on will make money but someone who enters now won't.
All stocks have risk but i am trying to evaluate the risk at these prices.
