I bought in at @ 2.00 and have watched it decline since then. From reading local newspapers etc. and knowing some of the folks and the debacle that occurred from some previous management, it appears the blood bath is over. If it didn't lose too much blood, it should be on the road to recovery. They have a good master at the helm and with perserverance, this should be an income producer sometime.

This is one of those long term things, no instant profits.
