Is there a internet site that explains how the playoffs work?

For example how is it determined who plays who in the second round and
third round?

I'll get this one.

In the playoffs, the teams are seeded in each conference based on their records during the regular season, with the highest-seeded team in each conference playing the low seed, and progressing accordingly. The winner of each game advances to the next round. After each round, the teams are re-seeded. The winner of each conference plays in the Super Bowl, at a site pre-determined years in advance based on how many pockets get greased, who has the newest stadium, and whether politically correct holidays are acknowledged by the legislatures of the states that house the different stadiums.
