Is your employer reporting your health insurance premiums as income??

No, the total was subtracted from my gross pay to determine the reported wages.

We have this flex plan thing at work, where the insurance payments are made with pre-tax money, so that's a benefit. I'm also putting a little more into the account to cover our dental, contact lenses, etc.

Is that the same as a Health Savings Account?
