It conflicts with other software. It hurls day-old nachos around the room when you aren't looking.

Ahh, so that explains where those crumbs have been coming from! ; )

But speaking of Norton, here's another question...

Later this month I'm supposed to be getting DSL installed. Some people have told me that with an always-on connection, I need more than Norton, I need a firewall.

Folks, I haven't a clue as to what firewalls are, or how to use them. Someone gave me a link to a site that provides a free firewall, but I could really use some guidance with this.

Do I need it?
Can I use Guard Dog? If so, will it work with Norton Antivirus?

Any advice on this is highly appreciated!

...but I still am...
