It has been about a week and we still have not heard anything.

I just called them, their Customer Service number is 1-800-955-7070, and they said that I was going to need to send them something with a proof of address, like a utility bill etc.

What's the point of having a snazzy on-line application form, if you have to follow up with phone calls and snail mail to provide them with information you've already given them?

BORING! I just had them cancel my application, and I'll stick with my FirstUSA card, which has a 9.99% fixed rate and didn't give me any hassles.

Hope you have better luck, but I don't think I'll be using them in the future.
