It seemed to work OK but my problem is I don't want to download any old transactions, just want to start with the new transactions, this month's. Schwab I believe sends two years of data, and there seems to be no easy way to delete the ones you don't want to download (no "select all" and delete, you have to bring them all in and delete them one at a time, it seems).

It really should not duplicate the transactions you have already entered, it should 'match' them and just post the new transactions. That 'assumes' that the dates and amounts in fact match. At least that is the way mine works. Most of the accounts I download from offer a 'between 2 dates' option also.
