It was definitely dumb of them not to file their k on time. The reason given didn't make much sense to me. But I'm not freaking out. Yeah the stock could go to zero but then so would the three million dollars worth of stock wu bought and likely leveraged himself to do so.

The stock will likely take a good hit when trading resumes but I still believe this is a real business that is generating gobs of cash flow and wu and ms will want to own it pretty badly and get away from the sec requirements as soon as they can. Call me crazy but I still expect that things will work out ok in the not too distant future.
