it's hard.
White said obtaining an election identification is not so easy for an 82-year-old woman who lives in a rural area without the convenient ability to drive herself to the Department of Public Safety.
"My challenge is it's taking so long to get this done," White said. "And to send my mother through all of these hoops at this age to go get documents notarized, to go get her Social Security application, We're having to look for high school records and baptism information...To send her through such a process, it is really is ridiculous."

it's hard.
And Republicans are making it harder.
And in some states, they are not only making it harder for some people to vote…. they are also making it easier to throw out votes that are cast if they don’t like the outcome.
And then they have the gall to call their theft of people’s right to vote- “protecting the integrity of the vote”.

they are also making it easier to throw out votes that are cast if they don’t like the fact that they are not in compliance with the election law.

Interesting article, however it has nothing to do with votes that are not in compliance with existing election law. (ie no signatures or mismatched signatures,)

The biggest problem is with new laws enabling legislatures to overturn results certified by election boards…
These laws need to be overturned.
Partisan legislatures have no business being the final arbiters of election results.

If it can be shown that an election turned on invalid votes(whatever the problem) then the election should be overturned

That's not the Republican goal. They want to overturn elections based on not liking the result.

exactly how I see it. Over 81 million Americans voted for Biden in 2020, and the Republicans
had no qualms about trying to invalidate all of those votes. I fully expect that
in the future, every time a Republican loses an election, they will scream "fraud" at the top
of their lungs. Democrats need to start giving the GOP a taste of their own medicine.
Obstruct anything and everything a Republican tries to do in the future.
