It's not something I do, but one of my recent stock picks -- optionsXpress (OXPS) -- has an award-winning Web site for options traders. Further, part of the package of their site and others these days is they have a trading simulator-educator tutorial like thingie that you can use to see how it all works and maybe get more comfortable.
