It's often VERY difficult to collect under home warranties. AON is one of the larger companies, and several negative stories have been posted about them. I wouldn't spend my cash on it, but if the seller is paying so it is 'free' to the buyer, I wouldn't turn it down.

If you opt for a warranty, check out the various companies - don't just take the one the realtor offers. Check the terms and details, and particularly what they DON'T cover. Make sure you understand what you are getting.
