I've been using unsweetened, unflavored BioChem whey protein isolate (which is delicious, and no lactose problem),

I've been using BioChem Whey Protein Isolate from Vitacost for years now and love it. At first, I used the flavored protein until I realized all the sugar that was included. Then I went with the no flavor and added Stevia, but then weaned myself off of that and now just the no flavor protein and prefer it as once I start adding to something that is right in the beginning, it gets away from my original purpose, if that makes sense.

I have this protein once a day and sip it!
