I've filled out the change of address three times on the back of their payment slip. I called them to confirm that they had updated the address (they assured me they had and the last month going to the old address anyway they just couldn't figure out) and this last payment I wrote a letter (since I never received the payment slip in time) telling them off for not updating the address.Sure enough, this month the payment slip still went to the old address.Of course, if I waited until the time we finally received it we would be sending in the payment late.I now want to complain, but who do I cc the complaint to?
