I've found this website called The Institute of Global Prosperity and they claim we don't have to pay income taxes because technically the 16th amendment was never legally ratified and is not a valid amendment. Is there any tax specialists or attorneys who would know about this discussion or would check it out and give many of us a report? They have a judge, several tax attorneys, ex-IRS Criminal fraud investigators in the association, etc. that say it's for real.
