I've watched this rating system for some of the stocks that I follow. Historically, I've found that by the time a stock hits an 8+ rating the price is pretty much levels out. I've noticed that when companies that have historically had good fundamentals drop into the 4-7 range they are worth investigating further.

These patterns are just anecdotal observations so I've never based trades on this system.
