I feel you're correct in suggesting that judithanng needs to define just what he's trying to accomplish and prioritize his goals. I would suggest too that in this case, he's not going to find good advise/suggestions without revealing personal details (the numbers) involved. This is why it's best to do as others of suggest in working with an attorney and other professionals as needed. This kind of planning is sure not suited for doing it by one's self . . .it's just too complex. Of course, one can always opt to keep it simple and pay THAT price.
