Another resource to check for your Roth question is the Fool's IRA area, which you can access by going here:

Also included are calculators that will help you determine if a Roth is your best option.

Keep in mind that you do not have to convert your entire traditional IRA to a Roth. So, if a Roth would seem beneficial to you, but a conversion would be too big of a tax burden, you can convert just a portion of your IRA.
