If you've been paying a monthly fee for your online banking, then I would request a full refund.

If you haven't been paying a monthly fee for your online banking but have been paying a monthly fee on your account or another regular fee for banking service, I would request a refund for that.

If you don't pay fees, then what are you going to be reimbursed for? Emotional distress? I don't understand how you'll come up with a figure for that. If you don't pay fees, my inclination would be to request a formal letter of apology.
