Jim

I have held a modest position in RPT-D for years and have not paid any attention to it for years.

I would like to add to my position but hold off for two reasons.
First I can find very little information on RPT other than their investor presentation.
Second, I am concerned that neither the Fidelity nor Cohen and Steer Real Estate Income Funds own RPT-D.

With a yield of 6.6% it appears to be a hidden low risk gem.

Do you have information that would support an investment in RPT-D?

thank you
Martin
