I'm curious about the high discount rate. You said in one of your earlier posts that you would revisit CAPM etc. Intel is a blue chip with no debt, low governance risk, etc, so 15% seems high. I pad the CAPM because of today's artificially risk free rates, and still land up around 10%. Its always a judgment call but I'd like to calibrate with your thinking and the bar you're setting.
