I'm not sure about the inconsistency either. But, 81% turnover for BWLD is impossible. If they turned only 81% of their inventory per reporting period, they would give a lot of people food poisoning!!!!

Since this is really a relative metric, its magnitude is really irrelevant I suppose. I looked at MCD in that same interface and it seemed proportionately larger than BWLD. That makes sense, since MCD turns inventory faster. It could just be that someone slipped up coding the page or HTML formatted the output incorrectly. I'd just calculate it myself and rely on that.

It's the help desk. They should be able to explain their metric to you if it's not an error, or correct the error. Actually, if it is an error, it should be reported or it may never get fixed. That would be the place to call their attention to it.
