Hi Hewitt,
On slide 59, it says "Share Growth(annual)" and its 1% for the low, medium, and high estimates. What is the significance of "Share Growth(annual)" and how is it calculated? Thanks a lot.

Hewitt,
Excuse me for the grammar mistake. It should say "it's", instead of its.

This is my estimate of the percentage increase or decrease in shares outstanding.

If share count increases, this reduces per-share earnings, which is a negative for us stockholders.

If, on the other hand, shares outstanding show a pattern of decreasing every year over the last several years, then I'll use a negative number. A decline in shares outstanding increases earnings per share, which benefits us stockholders.

If I didn't answer your question, please let me know.

Hewitt
