Geez, it's been snowing and snowing. But, it's due to melt, and I will be going out Wednesday for food and to get the Wild Ram inspected finally. It ran out in January.

Getting ready to start new job. They are paying for TB test and physical. No word on COVID shot yet. Waiting..... On the list.... ???

#2 got through his disability determination Zoom hearing. It went OK, and I didn't hover. This has been ONE slow month with all this snow, for folks are falling on the driveway outside. Eek!

Downstairs neighbor still driving her guy friends car everyday. I haven't been out much, but we have had a chat or two. It's only the neighbor & the grandson again.

Plumbing gone bad here again, so I am going back to doing dishes in the bathtub. Not buying another shop vac for the dishwasher. I didn't have these issues in the trailer park!

Last week was one year since AG was gone. :(

Hard to believe it's been a year. Not only for AG but for everything else that has been going on.

Who notes today was a grim milestone in general...

Wow, a year since AG left? That doesn't seem right. Then again, this year has been both an eternity and a simple time-stop. "Before Pandemic" (BP) still seems recent in one way, even as the days of "During Pandemic" (DP) have dragged on longer and longer. "After Pandemic" (AP) still seems like a half-mad pipe dream, even as I watch numbers of cases drop like a rock.

ThyPeace, I suppose I will feel more like there is an "after" when more of the people I care about have been vaccinated. So far, just Dad and three stepsons who have "essential worker" jobs. I'd like to add my sister (intellectual disabilities) and my husband (heart condition) to that list. Then I'll feel like most of the family bases are covered. (The last bases are my two nephews with lung issues, but they are 6 and 2 so it'll be a while.)

No shots here yet, but I may get an inside at the new & improved old folks job. They are set to open the first week in March if the State approves them, so I imagine I will hear from them again soon. Walmart ads on TV keep saying they will have the shots , but it may be later this spring. I get all my shots there, so that would be fine. Easy to get to with one mile away. :)

A bit of melting snow today, so this will be all slop and mud soon. Good. I haul #2 to the new neurologist in March, and he is grumpy about that. Oh well. Tomorrow that Wild Ram goes into the shop for inspection. It owes me nothing.

Hi Wild,

I am a longtime and occasional lurker going back to nearly the beginning. Was sorry to hear about AG. Hope your plumbing woes are eased soon. And that you get your C-19 shot! Love your writing style.

Take care,
B
