I bailed out today, establishing my first tax loss of this calendar year.

I do expect that sooner or later, EVERYONE will conclude that STON has been little more than a Ponzi scheme. Shame on me for not realizing it until after the s--t

I have this nagging feeling that when Mike completes his financial review he is going to conclude that STON is a Ponzi scheme.

Hello Paul:

ROIC kind of reminds me of the Tortoise and Hare fable, with ROIC being, of course, the Tortoise.

By keeping the dividend under 4% the company kinda flies under the radar, but its slow steady growth provides a nice 12%

ROIC down 1% today, which wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't announcing earnings after the market close today.

There may be better MLPs to buy today with new money, but I see no reason to sell my long term OKS holdings.

Both ROIC and OHI down a lot last few days.

I'm making buying more OHI shares a higher priority only because it pays a MUCH HIGHER dividend than ROIC. (But then doesn't everyone?) <insert sour grapes
