Check out TurkCell (TKC), Doral (DRL), Taiwan Semi (TSM). If you can loosen up your $15 rule, OFG would also be worth a look. I'm not saying that those stocks are going to meet everyone's criteria for "value stock", (especially TurkCell)

Don't beat yourself up about it.

I faced a similar quandry when Doral was at $10. Because of our trading/disclosure rules here at Motley Fool, I had to make the decision to either write about Doral for the site, or buy some for myself at $10.

The trick with BSX is that they have often had suites of products were there a few great products, some good products, and a lot of average (or worse) products. So, there wasn't a lot of consistentcy (sp?) in the product line.
