Has anyone here ever put a lift kit on a truck. I don't know why, but Silverado's just ride to low for what I need it to occasionally do. I was thinking about raising the the whole thing up 2", but I get the feeling that will change the geometry of the front end and start wearing things out much faster.

Any opinions or advice? This is an old style GMT 800 Silverado, with the front torsion bars.
