Like techinv I want to say thanks for posting your email and response, and say that you've demonstrated a couple of things other than the main point -

1) whinging or speculating don't compare with just going ahead and getting the info.

2) CYCH do a good job of responding to investor queries.

Then - onto what you were asking about, I think they demonstrate that they are going in exactly the right direction :

"you will see the InstaBuy logo at all InstaBuy enabled-merchants"

I don't think there's a lot of point on getting the cash register logo up there. Investors will find out who is using what back-end software. Branding here belongs to the consumer and whether they realise that they have the same button/logo on different web sites and that menas an easier life for them. If they do and the merchants realise this we're all off to the races.

If they DID get the register logo up there then Oracle would want their logo for the database, 3COM for the routers, HP for the boxes, Intel for the processor...etc, and by the end of all that you can't see the Instabuy logo anymore!

All the best,

P.S. The more I think about this one the more excited I get ... advertising ... logo on sites ... banks involved ... investor awareness ... merchant awareness ... internet users looking for an easy life ... SNOWBALL! ....... CYCH start branching out (if Amex give us a load of money and offer a promotion of reward points or suchlike then we'll make it easy for people to set up their Instabuy with their Amex card and you get ALL of their on-line purchasing)

P.P.S. Maybe I'll buy some more, now it's gone down a bit.

P.P.P.S I know it's not the same thing but when I bought EGRP back in October 1998 the price was going down and continued down to 2/3 of what I bought it for ($10 - he he). It was an established business with growth, profits (until advertising boost) and good service, and I was thinking "It'll get there, it's the right model, people want this." Then the world seemed to realise, and realise again, and realise again, and again and Foolishly I held on. Now in a single week I regularly make a gain on this stock equal to one or two times my original investment (and sometimes lose it in a single day!)- so, those who've seen CYCH wander around a bit I don't think we've seen the start of this yet.

P.P.P.P.S. I want to be able to use this service!
