I am a first time poster, so pardon me if I am asking something which was previosly discussed. I am a NYC employee and contribute to the 457 plan the city offers. I also work a second job and contribute to a 401k plan. According to the NYC deferred comp website I can only contribute $8,000 combined to these plans. Is this true? If not what are the limits to my contributions. Thanks for any help.
