List ten things that you admire in others.

1. Intelligence. I really have little patience for stupidity. I know I'm fairly sharp, but I've been blown away by the intelligence of many of the people on the Fool boards. I've never been able to be part of group quite like this one before. I learn a lot just lurking and reading the thoughts of others.

2. Ability to communicate well. I like people who can communicate their ideas, break down something complex into something easy to understand.

3. Honesty/Integrity. Someone I can trust, and trust to do the right thing.

4. A good sense of humor/wit. I love people who can make me laugh and have the ability to laugh at themselves.

5. A strong work ethic. Not in the workaholic sense, but just a willingness to see a task done well.

6. Kindness. It takes very little to be kind to others, but few people take the time.

7. Humility. The ability to treat everyone with respect.

8. Loyalty. The ability to stand by someone or to stick to a principle even when it's hard.

9. A spirit of adventure. Being willing to try new things, go to new places, and treat even a trip to the grocery store as an adventure in life.

10. Being emotionally available/having the ability and willingness to love someone or something even when there's no return.

Always ;-)
