He's trying to prove *innocence* beyond a reasonable doubt. And after making the jury wait 4 minutes--the time TM 'fled', he is making strong implications about who the real criminal was.


I think Mark O'Mara is doing a great job. I missed the 4 minutes of silence part of it this morning but I heard from the news coverage that it was very effective.
I had to turn off closing statements by the prosecution yesterday because the lawyer sounded like a lunatic.
O'Mara is not emotional. Just stating the facts.
Thank goodness someone is!
