How does an LLC investment generally work when it comes to ROI? Getting into an LLC seems self explanitory; sign an operating agreement and pay the money and you're in. But...... How does the investor get a return??
Is it in the form of an annual (biannual or quarterly) dividend? or DO you or do you not get shares issued?? (which I doubt) How does the exit strategy get structured or optioned in these things? -OR- Is the ROI supposed to be spelled out in the initial agreement?
