Long $SPG...long the long-overdue rotation!

Since you're long SPG, which is essentially a shopping mall REIT, have you considered BPYU (Brookfield Property REIT)?

They're paying a higher dividend yield (12%) than SPG, and they're far more diversified (i.e., they also own office and apartment buildings). They've also offered to buy back shares from investors at $12 per share, which effectively puts a floor on the stock price. That means you could buy the shares today at $11.17 and sell them back to the company at $12, as long as the tender offer is not over-subscribed.
