...Long story short, the CR closed the wrong card, closing out the one we use daily. Didn't learn this until I tried to pay a bill on-line, then by phone, and it didn't go through. 24 hours and two calls to Citi got the right one reopened and the other one closed, (and 10k miles for the aggravation) but is there any risk that this activity would look problematic on credit reports?... - cabinsmama | Date: 11/23/2015 12:52:58 PM | Number: 310436

Customer Service Reps(CSR) are often IDIOTS, sitting at banks of phone lines with little or no real authority. I always call the CEO's office and talk to their Executive Assistant. That ALWAYS gets problems resolved correctly the first time in a highly favorably manner.
