Paul,The post with those links was from 2002, so it's not too surprising the links are dead. Lots has happened in LC-dom in those 17 years. What were you looking for? If recipes I would suggest AlldayIdreamaboutfood.com. She was also offering some meal plans recently: https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/keto-meal-plan/IP
Looks like the link I gave for meal plan is basically marketing to buy one of her books, which is not necessarily a bad idea since her recipes are pretty great. However, googling brought these options to explore: https://www.google.com/search?q=low+carb+meal+plan&rlz=1...No doubt some are free and low carb rather than keto, which is probably a better option for you.IP

Thanks,ip. I was checking out the board as suggested looking for recipe ideas.Specifically looking for better beauchamel recipes without flour after trying my recipe with coconut flour. Ugh!! Really bad. Asparagus with white sauce is almost heaven!!Big sis says use flour anyway. Its so much better, and it doesn't take much (15 g of carbs per dose).I found some recipes to try on Redit.
The basic ratio for a classic béchamel is 3 ounces of fat (butter, ghee, coconut oil) to 3 ounces of all-purpose flour... This sauce is a good base for creamy sauces. Then why not use real cream itself as an ingredient, instead of flour?
https://www.google.com/search?q=low+carb+bechamel&rlz=1C...Simply google "low carb bechamel". Best way to find a replacement recipe.Big sis says use flour anyway. Its so much better, and it doesn't take much (15 g of carbs per dose).15g of carbs is half a days worth for me.IP
