-- which is kinda what I expected -- TCM is 88% owned by TYC (Tyco), as well as the other % being held very largely by institutions, other companies, insiders, etc. -- ergo, not much selloff today, *despite* the fact most FO stocks have been on a tear, then a bunch got downgraded today -- JDSU, SDLI, etc., and all of them sold off *much* more.

SO: I've gone for it -- bought me a chunk. So much for concerns of lockup shares becoming available -- don' be nobody sellin 'em. --Aces
