<< I am trying Turbo Tax online for the first time this year. My problem started with Turbo Tax saying that my refund is larger than the amount that's been withheld. (I should be so lucky!) I printed out the return (before electronic filing) and found that the amount Turbo Tax shows as being withheld on my W2 is not correct. I have checked that the information I entered is correct (it is), so it looks like either Turbo Tax is making some kind of calculation with the amount of tax I have already paid, or there is an error in Turbo Tax. Is anyone else running into a similar problem? Or is this a user error, and maybe I should start over? >>

Before you start over, are you SURE you entered the information correctly? I would imagine that TT has you enter the information from your W-2, so go back and triple-check that part of the process.

Next, is the amount TT is putting on line 57 different from the total of all your W-2's and 1099's, or is there some other amount showing up in lines 58 to 63?
