<<I just checked my FF account with Delta Airlines, I have a little over 19,000 miles, which is nice. However, 10,000 is from my FF credit card. If you travel a lot on business (like me), this is certainly the way to go. I also use rental car companies that grand FF miles, and motels that do the same. >>

Indeed. I have the same card and just finished a 5 month project in DC (I live in Atlanta) and racked up about 70,000 miles - only 20,000 of which came from the actual flights. The remainder came from expenses on the card and hotel/car/phone bonus miles. It really can add up. At $0.02/mile, I figure that the 50,000 bonus miles was worth $1,000. :-)

Of course, the key is that the card got paid in full every month since the expenses were pronptly reimbursed.

I'm not going to Aruba, but this will make for a nice first class honeymoon flight to Costa Rica next April for me and the future wife...
