Fleet just sent me a BT offer for 7.9% until paid off. I do a lot of balance transferring, though--I've probably transferred money to and from that account 20 times already. Apparantly the more times you BT away from a cc company, the better you look to them, so don't be surprised if you get a better offer now that you have a zero balance with them.

btw, I also had them as an Advanta card first, and when I was switched, I insisted that they maintain the terms I then had, which meant I earned EE Savings Bonds for transfers as well as for purchases. I've now got a nice stack of $50 bonds, and I rarely keep a balance with them for more than a week or so. You'd think they'd be dying to get rid of me...but, no.
