I doubt this. I seem to remember the Canadian dollar trading at about a 5% premium (about 25
years ago, I believe it was) to the U.S.Dollar.

It is perhaps at a relative high, though. >>

I remember visiting Canada in my youth - I would go buy a 6-pack of beer with a US$20 and they would give me the 6-pack and $22.00 in change -- it was like they were paying me to drink their beer (heh,heh).
