<<Recklessly and falsely attacking someone's professional reputation like this is probabl;y libel or slander, and I wouldn't be surprised if you can collect from HER homeowner's insurance.

The lady that called the TV stations on me and the Department of State actually was committing libel according to my attorney. Problem about sueing her was:

Really? If she's the owner I would have thought that her homeowner's insurance would cover torts like that. If not too bad.
