<<The easy answer, I suppose, is that the February Foolish Four are, in fact, in the Rule Maker portfolio, and the others are not, but I see in different places listings for both batches of companies.>>

We originally bought our Foolish Four in March of 1998. Ordinarily, we'd rotate once a year, but research has shown that you do quite a bit better by delaying the rotation until December. Therefore, we're staying with the Dow heavyweights we bought last March until this December.

Occasionally people ask why we even have a Foolish Four component in this portfolio. I don't expect that we'll be getting that question as often going forward :)!
