I roundly applaud this.

Speaking only for myself, I know our products aren't perfect and we would like to constantly improve them for your benefit. Keep the snark/anger/constructive criticism coming. We're tough. We can handle it and hopefully turn it into a better service for you. Of course that is easy for me to say since my name and face don't appear on the newsletter.

I can't get behind this as much.

<<If I go to a doctor and he gives me wrong medicine who do I blame? Myself for not studying the medical books before taking the medicine or the doctor who I paid to give me the correct advice?>>

It really depends on why the medicine was wrong. Was there a better option? Were you incorrectly diagnosed? Did you just not get better?
