Distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, calici, chlamydia psittici and panleukopenia. As I recall, the really important ones are distemper, rabies (especially if kitty goes out), and leukemia if s/he goes out. There are also feline heartworms, but I think the incidence is really rare. But distemper is a really important vaccine; it's not a disease you want to have to deal with on any level. Most animals do not recover and have to be put down. And the ones who do recover are not always *fully* recovered, both physically and emotionally.
