J Mintzmeyer had a very informative interview with FRO CEO Robert MacLeod

Among the items
- FRO's primary tracking stat: Oil-on-ships
- Oil-on-ships figure shows interesting trend of growing at about 7 MM bbls daily, or ~50 MM bbls weekly.
- Last round of storage build-up (2015) last about 18 months i.e.impact of draw-down
- Will look at some coverage, because draw-down impacts rates (less cargoes)
- Update on newbuilds: Instead of April 2020 and May 2020; delivery now May 2020 and June 2020. The LR2s, I didn't get a clear idea if those would have their schedule shift out. But additional data on those: vessels being winterized to serve a niche market

As typical of other FRO CEO interviews - very informative discussion
