Man, That is not good news for me, I am looking into refing my wife's student loan, and it happens to be with EFS also. I am not really sure how in the world they can refuse this since, 1. My wifes loan was sold to them, and 2 we had NO CHOICE! That will piss me off roally if they will not allow me to refi it. They had better at least offer me the same rate. No, now that I think about it, they should beat my lowest to keep my business.
Man, companies seem to be forgetting who supports them. If EFS offered the best deal, they would have nothing to worry about.
