Many stocks have made a significant recovery from the bottom of the crash. Most are still well below where they were trading before the crash.

For quality companies not hit by the virus shut downs I'd look at the difference between where they are now and where they were before the crash. Many will be back there or higher in a few years.

But research is needed to see the full impact of the virus. Choose wisely.

The short answer is yes some are but others aren't a good buy.
