Saute' 1/2# ground pork in sesame oil w/1-2" grated ginger root & 3 minced large garlic cloves. Add several thinly sliced shiitakes (or any mushrooms). When they're soft, add chili paste or sriracha to taste, likewise soy sauce o oyse sauce, a few drops of stevia, & add a cup of broth. When simmering, add a tub of diced tofu & heat through.

Serve w/fried cauli rice, or steamed broccoli or snow peas, & sprinkle with 3 chopped scallions & some cilantro leaves. Delish--& so easy.
