Recogning that

1) short term stock movements are not important unless you're a day trader, and

2) AMSC has been a pretty volatile stock ever since it dashed away from $7 per share last fall,

I am nevertheless kind of surprised by the current upward move. We known the news for the company is good (GE sales partnership, MIT & ORNL research partnership), but we've known about the former for several weeks and the latter for several days. Why now? Do you suppose there's important some piece of news we haven't gotten yet?
