Maybe send the book to him as a Christmas present. ;-)

I'm all for educating the ignorant... but I can think of a better way to spend $105 (the current cost of the book via Amazon, it's out of print and even the Kindle version is over $85) than to buy a book for someone who may or may not be illiterate to read.

/Something has to explain his ignorance, illiteracy is one possible explanation and one of the kinder possibilities. He could just be stone cold stupid.
