Maybe your right AJ.....but it's pretty rare to only be COO/President for a bit over 2 years........just sayin' ;-)

Yeah, except that he's been the COO since August, 2011, when he became EVP/COO. He only got moved up to President/COO when Steven Tanger changed from being CEO/President to just CEO. That, plus the fact that his retirement is being announced in June, but not effective until the end of December, makes me think that this isn't really him being 'forced' out. A 'force' out would typically have a much shorter 'lame duck' timeframe - a couple of months or so.
